Center diff welding service

5 speed center diff welding for RWD conversion.

Send yours in for welding OR buy one from us and keep yours as a spare if returning to stock down the road.

Phase 1 (pre 99) require you to remove your front axles due to being locked in a 4x4 like state.

Phase 2 (99+) converted center diffs allow you to keep your front axles in.

All diffs are preheated and tig welded in a fixture to maintain trueness.

If you're doing this conversion we recommend you thoroughly inspect or replace the transfer gear bearings at this time.
